8 DIFFERENT BROW LOOKS TO TRY AT HOME

Most of us have a pretty definitive way of filling our brows that we don’t ever stray from. And while it’s great to master an everyday look, why not try out some totally different brow looks that you might love even more?! P.S. COVID is the perfect time to let your brows grow wild so you can create some of these fluffier, more unkept looks!

Keep reading for 8 of our favorite brow looks using our vegan, growth-activated Brow Pomade + Brow Pencil!

THE “FREE-THE-BROW” BROW

Is it just us or do you kiiind of love her wild & free brows?! It feels high-fashion and deliciously laissez faire – plus most of our brows are dieing to be allowed the freedom to grow out. Why not give it a try during pandemic life? Anna’s wearing our Brow Pencil in Cinnamon Cashmere to add more structure and definition to her brows.

THE FLUFFY BUT DEFINED BROW

Start by gently outlining the bottom arch, then draw thin, hair-like strokes throughout the brow following your natural pattern of growth. Hold your pencil farther away from the tip for more control and less pressure.

Use your spoolie to brush all your hairs upwards to create that super full, fluffy look. For added oomph and hold, try the “soap brow technique”: wet your spoolie slightly, brush across a bar soap, then brush upwards and backwards through your brows!

THE SOFT, NATURAL BROW

To keep your brows looking super soft and natural, choose a shade 1-2 shades lighter than your natural hair color! @hippie_mama_chronicles below is a perfect match for Endless Midnight, but instead she’s wearing Chestnut Decadence which creates a gorgeously soft, subtle, yet naturally defined brow that lets her bright red lips shine brightest!

THE SCULPTED BROW

Some faces suit a super sculpted and defined brow best! To create this look, start by lining the bottom arch of your brow, then outline the top arch of your brow (starting in the middle), then lightly sketch in the center of the brow. To finish, use super light pressure to define the front of the brow. Run your spoolie over everything to soften out any harsh lines!

THE NATURAL, ‘BLESSED WITH’ BROW

Use your spoolie to fluff up the front brow hairs and brush the rest up and back to create this naturally full brow look! Fill in any sparse areas with super light pressure to keep the look feeling natural and easy. Add a few hair-like strokes throughout the brow to maintain the “blessed with” illusion!

Carmen's favorite brow tip: fill the brows in backwards (against the direction of growth). This gives a super soft fill that's so stunning!

THE ARTFULLY UNKEMPT BROW

Embrace the off-duty model look by letting your brows grow! Keep that middle section clean but everywhere else, embrace any hairs falling outside the lines. Once you’ve reached your perfectly imperfect level of growth, fill in your brows with gentle pressure, focusing on the middle to back of the brow. If you’re naturally sparse at the front, draw super thin hair strokes with feather-light pressure.

THE BOLD BROW

Let your brows take center stage! Choose a shade that exactly matches your natural hair color, and opt for our Nourish & Define Brow Pomade for high-impact color and definition. Start by brushing your brow hairs upwards and backwards, then etch out your desired shape by lining the top and bottom arches. Fill in the center with gentle pressure and use whatever’s left on your brush to gently define the front of the brow. Finish with the spoolie!

THE OMBRE BROW

To most accurately mimic the look of natural brows, use two shades to create an ombrė effect. Use the lighter shade at the front of the brow and fade into the darker shade from the middle to back of the brow! The result is natural looking, yet intentionally defined arches!
