Purchasing Plume: Terms and Conditions

Currency:  All transactions are in USD, you will be charged in USD, Canadian Residents are eligible to us the code CDN for a currency at par discount, but their final transaction will be in USD.  

Returns:  Returns will be accepted for ineffective, faulty or broken product, all other returns will be subject to shipping and restocking fees.  The customer is responsible for choosing the correct shade / color of the product.

Shipping & Restocking Fees:  On incorrect orders (ordering the wrong shade, entering the incorrect address, changing your mind, we are happy to provide an exchange, subject to shipping and restocking fees which are the customer's responsibility.

Restocking fee: $30 USD
